App Support

When contacting support, include your device model, iOS version, app version if available, what happened, screenshots if helpful, and whether the issue involves purchases, restore purchases, location, or SOS.

Data Deletion Requests

Most trip, contact, and check-in data is designed to stay on your device. You can clear local app data in Settings where available. For support emails or app-related requests, email support@dontgomissing.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request."

Restore Purchases

Open the app, go to Settings or Paywall, then tap Restore Purchases.

Cancel Apple Subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can cancel through iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Safety Reminder

Don't Go Missing is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
